  • Any number of shares can be bought irrespective of lot sizes
  • No expiry as in case of futures segment (last thursday of the month)
  • The loss incurred would be less to that of derivatives.
  • All scrips are available to trade whereas in futures only certain highly volumes scrips are available.

How to trade in our free stock tips:

There are 2 ways of trading with our free stock tips:

  • Trade with constant quantity
  • Trade with constant capital

We prefer the later because trading with constant capital with our free stock market tips has certain advantages like proper calculation, decent profit and loss summary etc.

How to trade with constant capital?

  • If your capital is 50,000, take an exposure or leverage 2 times which becomes 1,00,000
  • Trade exactly with 50,000 in each call
  • Eg: In a stock like reliance which trades around rs.1000 divide the total capital to be invested in the stock by price of the stock.(50,000/1,000 = 50 shares)
  • If the stock price is rs.100/-, one will get 500 shares
  • If the profit we are aiming at is 1%, the total profit at the end of the day is 500 irrespective of stock price (1% for rs. 1000 stock is rs.10 X 50 shares = Rs.500/- and 1% for 100 rs stocks is rs.1 X 500 shares = 500/-)
  • With a capital of 1,00,000 one can trade in 2 stock tips at a time

In the first type of trading where the quantity is kept constant,

  • If the capital is 50,000 we take exposure 2 times which will become 1,00,000
  • We keep constant quantity of 100 shares to trade in any stock (bigger stocks of rs.1000 or smaller stock of rs.100)
  • If reliance is trading at rs.1000, as per our quantity we buy 100 shares which needs a capital of 1,00,000 (rs.1000 X 100 shares)
  • If we get 1 % profit (1% of rs.1000 = rs.10 per share), we get a total profit of 1,000 (rs.10 per share X 100 shares)
  • But if we buy a stock rs.100, here too our constant quantity is 100 shares to buy
  • In this case, if we get a profit of 1%, (rs.1 per share) we get only rs.100 profit (rs.1 per share x 100 shares)

To conclude, the profits or losses in the first type of trading where we keep constant quantity, is more whereas in the later type the profits or losses incurred are constant and safe.
